This notice explains what ZeroLine does with information you give us through connect.zerolineai.com.
What we collect
When you send a BOM, we receive what you type and any file you attach: the project type, your list or file, country, delivery timing, name, company, email and phone number, plus the page you sent it from. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your address or number and what you tell us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which parts of the site help buyers. It records pages viewed, the site that referred you, your approximate location (from a shortened IP address), device type, and whether you sent a BOM, clicked our email, phone or WhatsApp links or opened another ZeroLine site. We do not run advertising, Google advertising features are switched off, and we do not use analytics data to identify you.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you choose “Allow”. Until then Google receives only cookieless, aggregate signals. Elsewhere analytics is on by default and you can switch it off here at any time. Google processes this data on our behalf; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we use it
Only to answer your BOM, prepare a quote, arrange samples and support what you buy through us. Where a partner factory needs details to quote or build, we share only what the job requires. We do not sell or rent your details. BOMs and attached files are delivered to our sales inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in contact about a project or equipment, and as long as the law requires for business records afterwards. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
