| Optical distribution frames (ODF) | Rack-mount, sliding drawers | Central office |
| Splice closures | Dome and inline | Underground, aerial and manholes |
| Fiber access terminals (FAT) | 8 and 16 ports, hardened adapters | Pole or wall, serving drops |
| Termination boxes and wall outlets | 1–4 ports | Inside the home |
| Field-installable connectors | SC/APC, SC/UPC | Drop termination on site |
| Ratio | Max. insertion loss |
|---|---|
| 1×2 | ≤ 4.0 dB |
| 1×4 | ≤ 7.4 dB |
| 1×8 | ≤ 10.5 dB |
| 1×16 | ≤ 13.8 dB |
| 1×32 | ≤ 17.1 dB |

Terms
Ordering, testing and delivery
Typical terms. Your offer states the exact terms for your order.
- Minimum order
-
One drum of cable, one reel of fiber or one carton of passive components. Mixed BOMs are welcome. Samples for evaluation typically ship in 1–3 weeks.
- Lead time
-
Stock items 5–10 working days. Made-to-order cable typically 2–4 weeks. Large framework lots ship on the agreed rollout schedule. Fiber prices moved sharply in 2026, so every cable offer states how long its price holds next to the lead time.
Fiber and cable prices in 2026 - Test reports
-
OTDR data for every drum of cable, insertion and return loss for every connectorised assembly, loss and uniformity reports for splitters, and our pre-shipment inspection report. Third-party pre-shipment inspection on request, at the buyer’s cost.
- Labelling and packing
-
Drum and carton labels to your scheme: project, lot, route or rack. Export cartons, and wooden or plywood drums for cable.
- Payment
-
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight. Rollouts can run under a framework agreement with staged lots.
Payment terms and trade finance - Delivery
-
FOB Wuhan or Shanghai, CIF to your port, or door delivery where available. Goods from other ZeroLine lines ship in the same consignment when that saves freight.

Guides, solutions and services
- PLC splitter ratios and the GPON loss budget: a worked example How to check whether a 1×32 or 1×64 split fits your GPON optical budget: splitter loss, fiber, connectors and splices added up, with a worked example and the class B+ and C+ limits.
- How to send an FTTH bill of materials for a fast, accurate quote The fields that let a supplier quote an FTTH or fiber-network BOM in days instead of weeks: item, specification, quantity, unit, standard, packaging and delivery plan, with an example.
- Telecom and FTTx networks Everything between the central office and the home, delivered to your rollout plan.
- Data centers Structured cabling, optics and backup power from one source.

FAQ
ODN and FTTx: questions buyers ask
Which split ratio should we use?
GPON networks commonly use 1×32 or 1×64 in total, as one split or two cascaded splits such as 1×4 then 1×8. The ratio must fit the optical budget of your OLT and ONT class; our guide on splitter loss shows the calculation.
Centralised or cascaded splitting?
Centralised splitting in a cabinet makes ports easy to manage and fill. Cascaded splitting uses less fiber in sparse areas. Many rollouts use both; send the design and we match components to it.
