About sending a BOM
Which file formats can I send?
Excel (xlsx, xls), CSV, PDF and Word, up to 8 MB. Larger tenders can be emailed to sales@zerolineai.com.
What should the BOM include?
One line per item with the specification, quantity and unit, fiber type, connector and polish where relevant, packaging and your delivery plan. Our guide on sending an FTTH BOM has an example.
How fast will I get prices?
Usually within 3 to 7 working days for a full BOM, sooner for short lists. Tender deadlines are prioritised; tell us the date.
Will you suggest alternatives?
Yes. Where an equivalent item costs less or ships sooner, we list it next to the one you asked for, and you choose.
